How to Use

1. Saturate a cotton pad with remover.
2. Place over closed eyes for ~10 seconds, then gently wipe to lift wisps and dissolve bond & seal.
3. To reuse wisps: coat used wisps with remover, let sit ~10 seconds, then wipe away residue and store.
